SET SCAN

Purpose

Controls scanning for the presence of substitution variables and parameters. OFF suppresses processing of substitution variables and parameters; ON allows normal processing.

Syntax

SET SCAN {OFF|ON}

ON functions in the same manner as SET DEFINE ON.
