The Terriers are coached by Jayne Barber. She has been the coach for 25 years. Over the past 25 years Coach Barber has racked up an amazing winning record. Since she has started at BFUHS as the head coach she has won over 300 games in her career as the head coach. A very impressive accomplishment that many coaches do not reach in their career as a head coach of a high school basketball team.
Jayne Barber is an alumni of BFUHS. She played for the terriers and had a very successful career. In her four year career on varsity she scored over a thousand points. This is a feat that many people do not accomplish.
Besides coaching, Barber is an A.E.P(Alternative Education Program) teacher. She does not only the change the lifes of people through coaching but as well as teaching. She has been coach of the year many of times but as well as coach of the year she has also be teacher of the year twice in the state of Vermont.
This year Coach Barber and her girls look to improve upon last years season. They have a tough schedule but Coach Barber is up for the challenge in hope to show fans that the Terriers are on the rise again to success.
